I am much better at picking peaks than long entry points these days. With the market on the edge of a cliff, I am not comfortable buying anything long (other than gold) for fear I will be caught when the market takes takes that final step. There is nothing fundamental that will propel this market upwards.

I'll be buying RIG, VRC, and NE, however, when I do feel comfortable. Until then I'll be playing the short/put game.

I have always enjoyed the Yanks and i don't really follow the Padres but I lean toward them since they have never won a World Series. After yesterdays 7th inning I'd have to say Bruce is now Bruce "Botchit". Why bring in Donny when Trevor is the man? 8 outs for a closer of that caliber doesn't seem to be asking too much in a pivotal game. Win #1 and take a split back to SD. Lastly, that was strike 3 on Tino. I hate to see an ump throw a game, especially of that magnitude.
