Gambler, I hate WFC, but it hasn't been one of my favorites for several reasons:

1. They are nowhere in intl derivatives trading, the most dangerous part of the bank fooolishness this time around.

2. The Buffett connection. The dew may be off the rose on his silly buy and hold investment strategy, but as long as he holds his positions, it is difficult to panic WFC down too much.

3. Their main thrust is Calif real estate and brain dead stock indexing, both of which I see as having longer legs than most of the bubble investments of this cycle. They will crash, but not as soon as other assets.

4. I bank there. <G>

However, these prices are tempting.
