I would never ask you to do anything, JLA. But let's go back up the chain here.

I'll be convinced of your sincerity, when I see you applying equal veracity to the right wing adulterers and liars. Where is your agenda to route them out. Every time we mention one you seem to want to skim the issue and return to your partison attacks, but no problem expending every drop of resources the country has to arrange a media mob to lynch BC. Or are you saying we should reduce the budget another 50 million to go fishing for right wing indiscretions. I think not.

Which right wingers would you expel? I may well agree with you and I DO think we should expect that EVERY elected official be on best behavior when going about the business of the people they are chosen to represent. JLA

You've got a point. In fact, that is exactly the point. So, I admit it, your right, I give up. As the only active representative of the left wing wackos on this thread, I am declaring our defeat and complete apology for having supported that lying, degenerate, goof ball Bill Clinton.

Can you ever forgive us for being so gullible and self centered?

Which is where I butt in with a few of my favorite politicians. I don't particularly want to go off and survey the relative numbers of liars and hypocrites on the left and right. But the dialogue above implies they're rare on one side. Newt hounded Jim Wright out of office over some picayune $50k book deal, but couldn't wait to sign his own $6million deal with Rupert Murdoch. Of course, Newt's deal was totally above board, Rupert didn't have any agenda there at all.
