The calculation on the remaining 144 shares is difficult but may be calculable based on repeat filings, but even then it is not an exact science.

The question of profitability could be determined on how much of their backlog they can ship in the 4th quarter.

Now that there is some interest in DCHT, and a thread that is friendly, I will post the results of my next inquiries.

Personally, I would rather rely on the already released figures that can be found on the various threads and consider them conservative.

I don't believe they were expected to be profitable until this coming 4th Q, or perhaps into first quarter 1999. I will try to get some reasonable estimates without crossing the line. Either way, they would be forward looking statements and would have to be qualified. This company is through dealing with amateurs and is very conservative.
