Depends on whether you're the one taking advantage of the situation or the one being taken advantage of.

I found the interest rate drop the best time to sell off one of my stocks at a handsome profit. I'll consider selling a little more if this rally continues into next week.

BINGO! So true, They would never ever put back to back qtr point drops
out like that unless they knew. Especially so very, very close together. Oh well, it's a good trading opportunity. No hints??
