Sector, after I re-read the warning release form their home page, I think the company said the gross margin would be at 43% or slightly lower for the YEAR. Your formula indicated a gross margin around 43% for Q3. Since the company has had a gross margin of 44%+ for the first two quarters, they would need to average approx 41%+ for the last two quarters in order to average around 43% for the YEAR. Using the -15% rev and +10% operating exp and the gross margin of 41.5% we're looking at no better than $.14 or $.15 diluted. Ron B
