Given that AMD has "balanced its budget" with its penny-per-share profit in the past quarter, the only way AMD can run out of money in my opinion is if they let costs stagger out of control with the Dresden Fab ramp-up. I already know that AMD's credit rating is in a precarious position, but I also believe that the worst is behind AMD now.

Is there's something I'm missing? I know I'm speaking w/out knowledge of the whole story, which is where you come in, hopefully.
