Here are a few more good ones from IBD:

"FOR THE CHILDREN" = Rallying cry when Washington wants to take
more of your money and limit your freedom.
"OATH" = A pledge to live up to..... when it's convenient.
"PERJURY" = The crime of making false statements under oath, but only when job approval rating dips below 50%.
"PRINCIPLE" = A policy stand, based on polls.
"SURPLUS" = Your money.
"TOUGH FISCAL CHOICES" = Cover phrase, when Washington wants more of your money.
"TAX CUT" = Forbidden in Washington. Would involve letting you keep more of your money.
