Just stopped in to see what the thread is all about. I have built my last four systems starting from trash can parts to today's system which is a p2. I used to run to all of the sale shows, warehouse retailers and computer junkyards to try to come up with parts. A techie geekoid buddy that has lead me into this addiction. (by the way, THANKS A LOT!) gave me the address for a great club for purchasing components. Since I started using them I have broken the need for long distance cruises searching for the right price, picking up every computer rag and perusing the back page ads, looking in the newspapers for THAT SPECIAL DEAL. I have tried but have not found better prices anywhere. Every month they put out a new catalog which gets more stuff each time and they have a great website. Their assembly is quick but I warn you if you order it assembled go back through and check the screws, cable ties, plug attachments and everything you can think of because they only charge $30? to do and you will find something not up to your specs. Their warranty dept. is good and quick, shipping is within 3 days of order, usually the same day. Give em a try. It is The 168 Club. Link to website below.
