About the two 100K deposits:

Remember the stock that Jack later claimed was "illegally" issued and sold by Christensen? First it was supposed to have been 19 million shares, then 14 million, but much of it was issued well before the merger with MTEI was contemplated.

Remember also that MTEI needed, and had been promised, money for operating expenses. Why shouldn't the 200K have come from the proceeds of the sale of the stock Christensen issued? I can't really imagine where else it would have come from; Uselton didn't have any other source of financing that I know of.
