To all concerned, Just received the proxy statement, and looking for input. I personally don't have a problem with items 1, 2, 4 and 5 but I'm a little concerned about proposal 3. Don't you think that it is an awful big leap from 100,000 shares per individual to 500,000 for options per individual at this stage of the game? We're still an OTC:BB (pink sheet) stock, we have a hell of a lot of potential don't get me wrong I believe that this will be a home run but, we have relatively no CONCRETE evidence of a future, except for "we will put the Wavemeter in selected bla bla bla and so on". This may all be water under the bridge before the shareholders meeting on the 9th, but I would caution shareholders to think about this proposal and discuss it in this forum and on raging bull so that we all make an informed and proper decision. I won't vote on it until I hear from the more learn'ed on this board. bob
