All of these conversations are interesting. What I would really like to know and possibly find out ranges from how big do we think the short is to how many shares have the Zwebners and Daly's of this world have sold. Since they are required to report their shares as they are being sold, what type of relationship did they have with the old transfer agent that would give them the opportunity to have the legend lifted off their stock? Where are all their filings, Daly must be below his 5% mark and still hasn't brought the reports up to date prior to that. Zwebners, if they received shares under the " REG S" my question is where did they finance DCTC? Last I read Joe and his wife sold shares and put that into Zwebners CC deal. Did Zeebner pocket that money or did he pay the bills. I think their personal accounts and other assets should be searched. Reg S shares are only for funding, so where is there $$$$ to DCI? Those shares have a two year legend on them and even under the new rules they will still have to report to the company what they have sold. And if they are selling 144 shares, to fund this new company of theirs, What is it exactly they are thinking? ZWEBNER and DALY have a slight problem in reporting requirements and now from the conference call, it seams to me that they have a new company. Does anyone remember the symbol, I'd like to go looking around into that company and see what filing statements and other reporting requirements they have missed on. Someone mentioned on the conference call that they did a private placement, can someone find the news? And since they did a private placement what kind was it? If they did do one, I'd like to see the registration they filed for certain disclosure requirements. Since they cannot file on DCI's what makes us think they are on their own company? I highly doubt that they are even up to speed there. But, this would explain that money flow. They do a private placement, how many shares did the Zwebners and the Daly's take down in it themselves and where did they get the funds. Last I heard, Mike Zwebner had open bankruptcy in the UK. If this is true, I think the London authorities would like to know about this. Also, if they did take a large piece of some private placement, we should be able to figure out a rough estimate to how short the Zwebner's and Daly's are.
Finally, if Zwebner's are running a public company, isn't there something on Lexus Nexus about them? I think its time to go do some digging on these guys and this company. Have a good day all. back next week with what I hope is information.

Wisdom, your premise: <i?in WALL STREET, every share shorted has to [eventually] be bought by SHORTERS , SO THE SHORT POSITION in this stock now will be a big plus in A VERY NEAR FUTURE.
.
Given your statement, that does not contradict anything I've said. What I said is someone is selling big or even shorting. They have no long-term positive outlook for this stock. They may be even funding their own business venture with the proceeds for all I know. That said, my advise is, in a nutshell, why should I pay them $1 a share, when I can pay less?
.
Then you make the statement: YOU ARE SUGGESTING shorters SELL short LIKE PRINTING TOILET PAPER, MAN, YOU are wrong!!!! if you can't borrow shares, you can't sell short. tell us did you successfully borrow shares anytime????? Here I see that you are not familiar with the stock market enough to know. To borrow shares they need to be in the system (Street Name) held in a margin account. U.S. OTC-BB stocks like DCTC are, by definition, not held in margin accounts nor are they borrowable.

our week comes

basically, there is two POWER in the market, that's
BUYING and SELLING.
when more buying than selling, stock price GOES up;
when more selling than buying, stock price edges down.

of course, for every share sold, there is always a buying.
but here WHO LEADS THE MARKET matters. is it buying power
or selling power?

in last several months, the SELLING is leading DCTC, since most pe
buying are limit orders, the buying power was limited; now
THE BUYING POWER will prevail:
1.it seems to me SHORTERS are thinking to cover now. when the SHORTERS
SOLD dctc, THEY want selling high; but now when they want the stock price very low. that's why THEY WANT TO SCARE PEOPLE FROM BUYING and so they could cover DCTC at cheap price from some weak hands(some times they even make some selling to stimulate panic selling)
2. the quiet period is in its 45days, is near its ending.
3.no one knows what QUIET PERIOD is really about, any guess:
a. BURNNING THE SHORTERS?
b. selling the whole company?
c. a sudden AMEX listing?
d. another 400million contract
e. one fortune 500 company put position(say 10% to 25%) in DCTC
f. a totally new INTERNET lauching?

don't make penny buying by put in limit order to limit our buying power.because MM'S in not our countpart. by make penny salvation.(really, $0.73 has no substantial difference with $0.99 when we see DCTC at $6-$10)
STRONGER than ever on DCTC.
