I understand. If it's in print, it's hard to get around it. The distraction from an investigation is not as time consuming as one may think. The state does all the work. In the end you say, how much?? and, am I going to jail?? Furthermore, it involves Arif and Ira. It will consume Arif's time.

Tonto, Your post is encouraging! I would be gratified to see Both IRA and ARIF charged. I listened in to several conference calls and know that IRA was a key player in this scam. This was a planned and coordinated effort to bilk us from our investment money and they succeeded in hurting many small investors, me included. I would go a step further and look into Preferred Financial to see if they have dirty hands as well. They were involved in promoting the stock and sending out some of those PR'S. Involving these PR companies in law suits would also make some of them think twice to check news releases for accuracy before they put their name to them. I am still angry about the whole Morton Downey Jr. deal that enticed me and several others into buying into this company. I believed that this was a national advertising effort, revenue generator and that Preferred Financial was actively working to assist in the promotion of MD on behalf of Firamada. only to find out it was all false. There is still a lot of dirty laundry that needs to be aired before Randy will have any credibility for me. JMO. Kevin - not looking for excuses just hard answers and tough consequences.
