I wouldn't expect this quarter to be earnings significant. Positive earnings is all I would hope for. This is the first quarter without any built in reserves left over from the Xyplex acquisition and as promised the business would be at break even through the Summer and positive into September. The revenue stain from 10/100 Switch pricing caused more of a revenue loss probably more to clients delaying orders and buying other competitors products. Domestic sales gains should be the emphasized area of the quarter with a preview into the 4th quarter given by management. Management can not lead us blindly forward if revenues are expected to remain flat. We need to know we have not LOST OUR COMPETITIVE EDGE. We also need to know just what it is!!
Expect revs at 57MM and earnings around .08 after some charges for realignment of sales groups (Just my guess). Anything more would be icing.
