Jose on the prime rib I must agree with you. Very tasty. And how could we leave my favorite vege out of the conversation. The West Point CORN festival serves up sticks of Americas finest. I believe it is held in July (3rd week or so) but could be wrong. If you ever get the chance head down. They have a special cooker for preparing the corn which makes it up just right. And, best of all, its free. Gotta like all the corn you can eat for free. Then there is the chicken at Mount Hamil Tap. Be sure to order extra napkins. Oh man, now I am really home sick.
