Tech Master -

Many industry experts believe that the first real "public" Y2K failures will occur on 1/1/99.

More precisely...approximately January 1999.

Shop shift their focus to processing year-end jobs (that often haven't been run since last year) which consume mucho resources & attention. On top of that expected distraction, it's my best guess that normal, daily production systems could start having problems.

...and there's only so much resources.
