It gets funnier. The reason i got interested was the computerized meter reading system they had built. It was, according to them, ready to roll out. They had the cities all lined up. Then the demo of the system was to occur. So far so good. On demo day the programmer quit. Apparently that was the end of it. A month later they had a new scam dreamed up. Then the reverse split. I sold it at that point. I didn't get beat up too bad but I sure learned my lesson. I was new to the stock market at that point and probably needed to learn the hard way.
