Zoltan, just because Bork is constantly hurling thunderbolts at everyone doesn't mean he is God. <g> Do you feel equally reverential towards "legal scholars" with whose views you disagree? Speaking of views, I gather that Bork's views on constitutional law have changed radically over the years, while always remaining on the conservative side of the spectrum. You might be interested in the following article, which analyzes the historical evolution of Bork's constitutional thought. Unfortunately, it is a little out of date. wcl.american.edu jbe P.S.
