Lee,

Great post!!! I have no problem with what you post, and if the bubble bursts again, heck, I'll be short for sure. But, in the meantime, I gotta stay long.

Lee, your feeling awful cheery this morning -gggg-

A story in the LA Times this morning about the troubles at ARCO and the effects of the "oil price shock" and comparing it in the same vein as the oil price shock in 1973-4.

The oil price shock lead into the 1980-2 inflation peak. The "price shock" of our times are low prices in commodities and imports.

Textbook Kondreitieff.

I agree, Greeny is keeping the ship afloat while the elite get their first class ride in the life boats, us Irish can suck canal water.

I heard John Murphy say this week don't do what Wall St. sez "buy and hold", do what Wall St. does: cancelled Goldman IPO, layoffs at Merrill, greeny on the easing bias, etc.
