The "dirts" have been quite successful in raising large amounts of funds in the past, and have failed miserably in applying that capital towards a successful operation. The shorts are not the enemy here, but do help in keeping these stocks from attaining ridiculous share prices due to the promoters bs hype. The onus is on the company to prove the viability of these types of operations. Show me the money!
