. Many BB stocks have a "visibility" problem, in that investors may not be aware of their existence. Somehow, I think DGIV is "different" in terms of visibility. Events of the past several months (including the meteoric rise in April) have surely put DGIV in many potential investors'"radar screen". (just take a look at the number of posts on this thread<ggg>) On top of that, DGIV negotiations in many foreign countries have surely introduced the company to many potential foreign investors. Having done their DD, these investors surely know that DGIV is pursuing contracts in many foreign countries and is therefore known to many other investors from these different countries! As the negotiations continue and the contract signings become "closer", perhaps investors in these countries will have more of an active interest in the stock, and the share price may rise accordingly!
