..This may be a new bull... No way, bear market rally. Look at the low volitility rise out of January 12th as scared investors creeped slowly back in the market. No fear now, panic buying - panic short covering rallies - wide swings. I was looking at the bottoms on the daily chart on the spx. RSI bottoms were at the 37-38 area. If we use the converse for bear market tops, 62 area should be a topping out area. We topped @55 on 9/23, now we are at 59. bb
