The last slide didn't last long enough at 11 or so for the "real" damage to be done. If ASPT bleeds down to 7 or 8 or so (very, very unwarranted IMO), more of the remaining margined stockholders will be slammed, and forced to sell, as well as the new ones who just jumped in at 12. It's not just ASPT, but a lot of other stocks getting hit too. And it's not just "mom and pop" margin holders at ETRADE and SCHWAB, but heavily margined hedge funds suffering some seriously large setbacks. FWIW, I think a lot of the "excess" (i.e. margined stockholders) is being weeded from the market -- and longs (like you and me) will suffer along in the process. That said, I hope ASPT trades at a fair multiple very soon.
