Dave - Are you sure that Hughes within their disclosure may have disclosed an alternative embodiment? While I am not sure of exactly what was in the patent since I only have the case notes at home, the writeup indicates that the new implementation was not covered in the patent, but was decided to be protected by the patent anyway. Clark PS I don't want to get into a big debate on this particular issue since it could go on forever. I just wanted to make it clear that, in your enthusiasm, you perhaps went a little overboard.
