Thanks for the link. Dollar chart does look horrid. This morning Japan seems to be rallying - up 2.3%. Was Nikkei 13,000 the panic point for Japan? Was it scary enough for them to reform their banking system - and pull in their money from oversea, mainly US? Could this put further pressure on already weakening dollar?? LT may be right in projecting stagflation and rising long term rate if dollar does weaken. Is our free ride over?

PK & LT, the gold price thread says there is a rumor that Argentina is selling all of its gold over the next few months. Supposedly reported on Canadian television, no Bloomberg or Reuters confirmation. Anyone hear any confirmation?
