There have been a few false starts in the applications pace but plenty of opportunities to partner with others. The space that leverages the BIOS is where PTL will do best. The distribution channel does not afford them a clear opportunity to sell help desk or remote management because it requires a solution beyond just the hardware. Compaq and IBM: what I hear is that Compaq is continuing to produce revenue due to the success of the consumer products group; IBM was not expected to generate revenue quickly because of the long lead time on designs coming out of the japanese notebook group. New opportunities in IBM are still in the wings. Dan
