Haim --- agreed the prospects of continued EPS of the magnatude LU has provided is not as high as it once was. The reasons are all from outside sources... they cannot control the world economy! LU still deserves a chance to prove they can continue CLOSE to the way they have. If they can-- they will always have a premium P/E. Either way unless / until it is certain their performance will fall the investment community will stay with them. Many are riding strong gains here and are looking for more... me included. LU as with any purchase must be kept watch on ---

Lucky for us, LU is not a "telecom manufacturer in general..."

If anything, recent numbers suggest the telecom sector is not a vast, infinite pool of riches, but a very large pig for the powerful and nimble to stick. And there's plenty of pork for the winners.

NT and LU are not the same company, although many analysts have and continue to lump them together. NT is partially government owned. IMO this effectively removes their capitalist free market edge. LU continues to enjoy a healthy backlog of orders to carry them right through the current gyrations, and again, LU does NOT have the international exposure of other telecoms. This is a double plus for LU, as they have a low exposure to current problems, and have worldwide growth potential.

Earning are due this week... come on .45
