you are probably correct, but why would Randy expose himself by issuing the PR on Friday? At this point, don't you think he would let it go if he didn't know better? My guess is that he thinks that the shares will be reduced and that he can cut costs, while growing revenue? The question that still escapes me is how did the shares get into the float? Is it because they were non reporting that no insider forms were filed? Or did they issues the shares to someone else to sell for them? How do we get the floated shares back? Just praying we see some 1998 fundamentals and answers regarding O/S. Hard to swallow my loss at these prices. Can anyone confirm that this can be written off as a causalty loss due to fraud? I assume we would need some sort of convinction to prove to the IRS?
