In my book Stocks, Options, and Futures by William Eng....It says that you always buy a New Moon and sell the Full Moon...There is a new Moon on October 20th....So therefore we should be buying. Correct? Just wondering. Or maybe I read it wrong and it says the New Moon it is at its highest point, and the Full moon it is at is lowest..Now I am confused.....Chris
