That's the BIG story. And a genuine campaign issue considering that the Dem party and Clinton have been bankrolled by the Chinese totalitarians.

I heard that Clinton might veto the budget because Reps put in a provision that Clinton's Chinese sponsors don't like: it shifts missile tech decisions back to State and away from Commerce.
