Here's a thought --

Let's say you all sell today, driving the price of FAMH down to .04 or less. With 80,000,000 shares outstanding, that would give FAMH a market cap of $3.2M or less.

Something you all should consider -- FAMH raised a TON OF CASH this year by selling you guys stock at .50/share. They used it to pay off debts, pay IRA, make Arif rich, oh yeah and buy Myriad. The question you need a answer to is: how much is FAMH worth today ? Yes, by Dec 1997, FAMH was in bad shape, but how are they doing today ?

Ask yourself this question, if all the "good news" was made available to you by design (to get you to pay .50 - .60) for a .20 stock, what makes you think the bad news is any different (to get you to sell at .04) ?

Maybe FAMH is waiting in the wings to buy cheap shares and 6 months from now, release amazing revenue (and maybe earnings) news thanks to their Myriad acquisition. Will their March 1998 and June 1998 financials show a much improved bottom line, thanks mostly to the "generosity" of FAMH shareholders ?

Good luck to all,
Chris
