Well, NSCP said if MSFT controled the majority of the browser market, then most of the WEB site developers will have to deal with MSFT, and that is not good for the industry.
The question is if NSCP thinks it is good for most WEB developers to deal with NSCP
if NSCP controled the majority of the Browser market ? Another question is
if DOJ does not allow the companies to negotiate the market shares privately, then
there will always be winners and losers in the market, the winners will always face
the DOJ's suit, and the losers will always complain to the DOJ , then how should the
companies play the game in the future ? Whatever you do is always wrong. Can the
DOJ set up a clear rules of the game so that every party can understand and follow ?
If there is no rule, then there should not be penalty.
