It looks like the NYT wasn't kidding when it lead off the editorial page yesterday with my favorite topic. Today, the battle begins in earnest, and we have a lot of news. I haven't read these stories, I just cut the headlines and summaries from the technology index page, nytimes.com .

One apt description of the Government's case was that they are trying to build a 3 storey house on the foundations of a shed. Comments??
I wonder if investors are being too blase on this case and its possible outcome?
