Last night I watched a show for a few minutes were the people were all talking about were Bill Clinton and Paul Martin should spend this surplus money .Does none of these people realize that this is not a surplus,Martin prescribed a deficit this year of I believe 32 billion,but because of better times and Canadians paid more taxes allowing him to beat his estimate by a few billion ,this is not a surplus as Canada is still borrowing about 29 billion to operate ,how do people believe this s--t Clinton is the same ,talking surplus and still running deficit sam
