Hi Christine, We got about 5 inches of rain here, and 30 miles away in Corpus, where my son lives, got about 9 inches. He was going to come to visit today, but the roads were impassable in between. We didn't have any flooding here, and our housing project had no problem with drainage because we had a good guy shoot the elevations on the roads and slabs. Me. BTW, we only have 7 more units to start out of 77 and we're done. I have been on this project fo almost 4 years, and I am getting tired of looking at it. I'm ready to try something new.

An iceberg the size of Delaware? No I've not heard that yet. I imagine that it will take a while to melt. Ill have to do a search on that one.

The thing that a lot of people fail to realize is that a lot of the steps necessary to improve CO2 and particulate emissions will also improve our quality of life. I still favor nuclear power, even though Germany is now going to get rid of their nuclear plants. I think that they are making a mistake.
