I though that that was very generous of them..>>> Hi, Anthony Are you just being silly? What possible grounds would anyone have to file suit against REXI because they received an absurd buyout offer? I'm as amused as the next guy by the whole Nazaroff fiasco, and it does make a laughingstock out of REXI. But if a law firm filed suit against REXI just because they received the buyout offer they would be thrown out of court on their keesters. Now suing Nazaroff might be another matter. Maybe you could get the deed to his trailer...
