Since system test is topic of the day, remember read all of report, not just bottom line % profit. What is average trade length, profit, loss? How many days was money at risk? What was MAE range? Forget about the buy and hold numbers, save that for cocktail banter. Remember if you kick in a 200 day indicator, you lose nearly a year before first point is seen. Depending on what year that was can change results when comparing to a system that gave four buys/sells in that year.
