The Company has neither confirmed or denied an Internet Direct acquisition of SoftQuad Inc despite [repeated requests to Alpha, SoftQuad, Internet Direct...and] overwhelming and public evidence?...StumpWorld's buyitonline.com still not ready for prime time....NewKidCo nor Alpha confirming Tiny Toon PlayStation Oct 26 'arrival' date...perhaps why Steve Schneider's NASDAQ NMS delisting appeal denied?...HoTMetaL Pro 5.0 still not in majors e.g. CompUSA/Computer City???...nor is ONLINE merchant...
