LPasko. I believe you are missing a couple of things. Historical financial costs of the TV assets are irrelevant for ascribing a value that would be determined in the open market when those assets are put up for sale. Also, you are missing what a separate public company is worth. But most important is the impact of the "stock dividend" on any potential short position in the stock. Do your own DD before investing. These are just one idiot's thoughts.
