Freddie,

I now regret giving you so much static about contacting the SEC. Now I realize that I was dead wrong to give you so much grief over your actions.

I had absolutely no reason to not believe Ira since he was the President of a publicly traded company, am now in a very large loss position, and am really pissed.

I bought mucho shares based, partly, on the news release stating net earnings of $0.1085 per share for 1997, only to find out that the true earnings were a $0.07 per share loss with revenues far less than in 1996. If you can't believe a public new release about earnings, what is left to believe?

I now believe that the Atrix "deal" was another big "made up" lie to get FAMH shareholders all worked up with visions of FAMH trading on the NASDAQ as another entity after the merger. FAMH had no money!! They couldn't possibly have taken over Atrix, and probably didn't buy 5% of Atrix's stock like they said.

I just can't believe how blatently they lied....nothing even subtle about any of the lies.

So far it appears that you and Lonnie have filed written complaints with the SEC and no doubt have furnished them lots of evidence of the outright lying. Arif Adam is from Pakistan....I, too, wonder if Pakistan has an extradition treaty with the U.S. because I expect the SEC to go after these guys full bore, and expect criminal charges to be levied by the SEC. Forget the money....I want these guys in jail!
