That's a DOUBLE BITE In Sander's BUTT.

Not only is the Celeron shipping in large quantities, driving down AMD's K6-2 ASPs, Sanders' Engineering group is LATE in getting their Sharpy chip out into the market place.

AMD's Sharpy chip adds 256 K L2 cache to the K6-2 - very similar to Intel's Dixon.
