good morning Mr. Brotherson, your post to day is applicable to one of my 4 ultimate goals which i set to accomplish before i leave this life. generosity, yes, the most powerful strength one can process. it is, in my book, greater than love because sometime due to love one can be blinded. i have not mastered my greatest goal yet but as the receiving end of the generosity, i have a real life and important experience to tell how it has helped me...the year was 1971, there could not be anything wrong in lert's life, being a few who have crossed the ocean to this land of opportunity. full of energy and eager to conquer. guess what? within 3 months, i was flat broke. $36 left in my pocket, no place to live, landed in Highlands, NC...almost knew nobody...can you imagine how the book could have been concluded? The Stone Lantern offered me a job, that was kind...but Mr. Charles (Chuck) Duck who i believe now is having a restaurant in Atlanta, not only that he is kind enough to let me have a room to stay but he also let me stay until i can make and save enough money before i have to pay him. as till today, i am still thankful to what Mr. Duck has done for me and i promise i will master that strength myself one day. 18
