I wonder how many of you are selling today. My losses are too great for me to consider it at this point and even though I could lose another 50% of my already incurred losses, I say what's the point? Maybe I just won't look for a while and know I've got to keep working at my loser job.

I have just sent an e-mail to address given on Famh website requesting they give some indication via PR of outlook for 1998, and of course to express my disappointment in 97 financials. I doubt they will respond, but if they do I'll post whatever they say.

So Lurker,

You don't think it's possible for FAMH to have taken a hefty short position (in addition to selling shares) when this stock was trading between .40 - .60 ? When they decide to cover, they pull in another few million $$$.

Hey, did I say FAMH was gonna go back to its old highs or to the moon ? If FAMH is able to buy shares @ .03 - .04 then all it has to do is go back to .12 for them to make a bundle. The important thing is that FAMH will have been able to separate "investors" from their money 3 TIMES ! Up, down, and up again. It adds up to millions of dollars !

Why do I think this ? Only one reason since I have no facts to back it up: What's in all this for Randy ? Why did he take this job knowing it was a scam that was already played out by Ira ? My theory is his job was to take the heat and to get FAMH down as low as it could go (not a tough job really). Maybe he gets some of the proceeds from the short positions as a partial payment. But his big score will be when the stock rebounds from .03 (or less) back to .12 - .15.

I'm not on the inside so I don't know what else they have in store. If they really want to get the price down, all they have to do is announce a RS between now and December. Anyone still on the fence deciding to take a tax loss will make the leap. Cheap shares ahoy !

A few months from now when they release 1998 financials, a miracle will have occurred ! The balance sheet will show plenty of cash & assets. Golly, where did all that money come from ?? Press release will say: "Thanks to Randy, turnaround is underway !" Stock triples from grossly oversold, and Randy has a fully funded retirement account.

I'm not telling anyone to buy, sell, or hold, since I have no idea how high or low this stock will go. I'm just pointing out that there no reason to think that FAMH has stopped attempting manipulating its share price. This go-round, they just happen to be manipulating it down.

Good luck to all,
Chris
