Globe says shareholders retain adviser Star Data Systems Inc STY Shares issued 16,553,783 Oct 16 close $5.35 Mon 19 Oct 98 In the News The Globe and Mail reports in its Saturday, Oct. 17, 1998 edition that Kensington Capital Partners said Friday that shareholders of Star Data Systems have retained it to find a buyer of their 46 per cent share, or otherwise maximize the value of their holdings. The Globe's News Bulletins column reports that Star Data says the announcement was issued without its agreement and that it needed to review the details before making any further comment.
