As I look back over the past few months....I know "I invested without enough investigating". I personally am not ruined but any time one hands over hard earned income to the efforts of a new company, on the basis of investing for growth, faith plays a part in that. This is not charity, it is a business agreement. I'll help you, you help me!

Mr. Uselton you are the party that put this together. It was your signature on the dotted line. The "good old boy game" doesn't work here. You enlisted the faith of a lot of people. Your "contacts" and "deals" were no better researched by you than the stock purchasers who invested here. Or were they? No matter. The ball was in your court, you had the ability to oversee news releases and stop false information from being put out to the public...it was not your "pencil's" fault that the valuations were put out incorrectly.

We have laws in this country. It may take time, but we will continue to work until the pieces of this puzzle are put together by the appropriate agencies.

For those that have not contacted their local agencies and government representatives I encourage you to do this. Don't just chalk this off as a risk that went bad. You have been led to believe investing in MTEI, based on what we currently know to be FALSE representation of assets in public news releases, was a reasonable risk if the information had been accurate.

File your complaints and investment information with the SEC if you have not done so.
