OBV, RSI and DMI all use the same data inputs as any other indicator, open, high, low, close and volume.

Of course. What else is there to compute technical indicators?

OBV is a leading indicator, not a laggard. How do I know? OBV broke its downtrend line 2 weeks ago, foreboding the break of COMS own trendline.

RSI does lag, however it still shows the strength by making higher highs and higher lows. The weekly perspective offers us the ability to look at longer term swings than the daily graph.

Notice the strength of today. COMS opened down pretty badly and then went all the way to its 200 DMA (30 5/16) at which it bounced off of and now is trading close to its high. Volume is low as expected on a profit taking day (however the strength of the market pushed COMS into positive territory).

I think 32's resistance won't last till the end of this week and I'd wager we'll see 33 before Friday.

Conservatively Yours,
Raymond J. Norris
