Sector, a CD-ROM that outlined their Optical Networking strategy. I sure would like to see that come out. Please let me/us know when it's released. I'd be interested in it too. Thanks, Frank Coluccio

Sector -- or anyone else going to the shareholders' meeting: Will you ask management why and how they think that MRVC will be able to remain viable in an industry that is quickly consolidating. It seems that big companies are swallowing smaller ones with the likely future result being that either you get swallowed or you get run out of the market. Conclusion being: If MRVC is not acquired, it may get run out of the market by the bigger boys, despite having interesting technology.
