U.S. Government Allows 10 Firms to Export Encryption, WSJ Says

Washington, Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Ten U.S. data networking companies
have won U.S. Commerce Department approval to export powerful data-
scrambling technology under a relaxed administration policy announced
last month, the Wall Street Journal said. The ten companies -- Cisco
Systems Inc., Ascend Communications Inc., Bay Networks, 3Com Corp.,
Hewlett-Packard Co., Network Associates Inc., Novell Inc., Red Creek
Communications, Secure Computing Corp. and Sun Microsystems Inc.

Shiva is out of touch dead company. They had good thing going with NT last year but they got dumped. They are losing market share in big way.

Market consider or even treat them as NOP.
