U.S. Government Allows 10 Firms to Export Encryption, WSJ Says Washington, Oct. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Ten U.S. data networking companies have won U.S. Commerce Department approval to export powerful data- scrambling technology under a relaxed administration policy announced last month, the Wall Street Journal said.
