They will only open their checkbooks with audited financials AND break even AND NOT Arif majority shareholder, IMO

Conditions spelled out do not qualify the company to have the ability to access those funds. It is a mute point. The company did not qualify at the issuance either as I recall. What the company could have said which would have more accurately reflected the situation is:

Look, Bristol says we can have access to $12,000,000 if we ever can change our company so drastically that we would be credit worthy. At this time we are not even close.

That hopefully would have helped eliminate the confusion with Bristol.

Does anyone have a connection with Bristol, the company that was ready to givethe 12 mil? FAMH said that none of the money was ever used, I am curious if that is because it never existed.

If the line of credit does exist then there must be a reason for a banker to make that type of commitment.

Mr Murphey:

Have we missed the boat? The way Ira/Arif did business was to give shares away. Mr. Bristol probably got millions of shares to compensate for the LC. Do we know when the LC was granted and what the MV of the stock at that time? A short-player with millions of shares could easily bring the MV down and make $$ at the same time.

So why hasn't the LC been used yet? What is the current balance of tax liability and the status of cash in the coffers? A picture is being painted here and the last stroke of the brush is the current quarter.

Freddie......any word on profitablity from Randy? He must know! Oh maybe not, they don't have an accounting dept anymore.
