As investors for BCB, I speak for everyone when I question the price of the company stock at it's current level. Why has it taken such a drastic fall despite all the restructuring?
We've seen the following trend all so often. A tech stock with a unique product faces difficulty financing and marketing. While it goes on increasing debt to a level that requires consolidation, increasing the number of board of directors and changing the company name. Now a co-founder of the company, who should have the most interest of all in the company despite his expertise decides to resign and the new consolidated price sinks deeper. Have you seen how many companies go through the same scenario and usually end up unlisted? Practically all of them!
Right now you create hype for Tom Doherty, a few months back it was Bob Armstrong. I won't even bring up that turd Phill Speller.
How do you explain the price level of the stock??
